Who knows?
I joined the Complex Systems Group in the Schhol of Informatics at IU in April, 2007. Since then I have been working in collaboration with Complex Networks Lagrange Laboratory at ISI (Italy) and Complex Networks Collaboratory. I am recently interested in epidemic modeling and visualization of disease spreading over space and time.
I submitted my PhD thesis entitled "Properties of Content-Based Networks," in February and had my defense in March, 2007. During my studies in Physics, I worked with Prof. Ayse Erzan.
My main interest is the applications of Statistical Mechanics to different areas, such as complex networks, dynamical processes on complex networks and biologically motivated problems.
The main problem I tackled in my PhD was modeling the topological and dynamical properties of genetic regulatory networks. We proposed a content-based network model and studied the properties of ensembles of such networks via simulations and analytical calculations.
